Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you'll be sent an email confirming that your products are on route. This email will contain a link directing you to the carriers website, where you can track your order.

You can also view this code in your account by clicking on the orders tab and selecting the specific order.

Please follow these steps to view this link.

Step 1: Login

Start by logging in. You'll need your user name and password you set up when you registered.

Step 2: Click on the 'my orders' tab

In your account section, select the 'my orders' tab from the vertical navigation.

Step 3: Select order

From the table of orders select the order number of the order you wish to track.

Step 4: View tracking order details

At the bottom of the page you will find a header titled Tracking your order. Listed here will be your order tracking details, including; courier, tracking link and tracking id. Clicking the tracking link will take you to the Couriers website where you can find details on your order.
